Immersive, full-time experience across AGM business functions
Students are assigned to a department aligned with their major
Mentored by a senior AGM professional throughout the program
Includes orientation, mid-point check-in, and final presentation

6 Weeks
Project-Based
Onsite
A focused sprint where students invest their time delivering a defined project with measurable results.
Undergraduate students in any year; project track preferred
Students are assigned a defined project with a clear scope and deliverable
Focused on problem-solving, data analysis, or process improvement
Weekly check-ins with a project sponsor from AGM leadership
Final deliverable presented to the sponsoring department
Ideal for students on semester break looking to build portfolio work
2 Days
Observational
Onsite
Two immersive days alongside a professional in your dream role observe, ask, and learn first-hand.
Open to all university students — no year restriction
Student spends two full days alongside a chosen AGM professional
Observe real meetings, tasks, and decision-making in action
Structured note-taking guide provided to maximise learning
Debrief session at the end of day two with the host employee
Available across Sales, HR, Finance, Technology, After-Sales, and Operations

AGM-accredited placements that fulfil graduation requirements bridging academic milestones with industry exposure.
Final-year students who require an internship as a graduation condition
Officially accredited by Abou Ghaly Motors as an approved employer
Duration and structure aligned to the student's university requirements
Student receives official documentation and supervisor sign-off
Placed in a department relevant to their field of study
Highest-performing graduates are fast-tracked for the Summer Internship or Graduate Program
